Background: Selko was a human male affiliated with the resistance movement led by Senator Bail Prestor Organa, a member of the Imperial Senate. Organa had him and two other agents, Beska and Charval, ensure the safe extraction of Senator Mon Mothma off the Imperial Senate Building and Coruscant, unaware that Beska was an operative for the Imperial Security Bureau. At the Senate Building entrance, Selko lackadaisically made his way through the security gate. After Mothma’s speech about the Ghorman Massacre, Beska attempted to arrest her while drawing a blaster. In response, a confused Selko asked Beska what she was doing. Beska informed Selko, Mothma, Cassian Andor, and everyone else in the room that she was taking Mothma into custody in an ISB arrest.
However, Andor killed the double agent with a shot to the head with his blaster after she was distracted by Erskin Semaj calling her a “Rebel Spy.” Erskin grabbed Beska’s blaster and aimed it at Selko, who raised his hands up in panic. Meanwhile, Andor also directed his attention to Selko asking the agent for his identity. A panicked Selko shook his head and said he was no one and just met Beska, while keeping his hands up. At blasterpoint, Andor instructed Selko to get on the floor. After trying to reason with Andor, Selko complied, allowing Mothma to escape with Andor guarding her.
